The active scripts in this build are shipped no-modify in order to prevent malicious tampering since these
objects are otherwise full-perm.  Full-perm versions of the scripts are included in the ~SCRIPTS notecard
in this package to allow for users to make modifications by replacing the existing scripts.  This has the
side effect of changing the creator of the scripts to the account making the modifications.
