I have been thinking about how to use the tooling available with Github and git a bit more so we do not have to do things like release management inside the directory structure manually. These are still just thoughts at this point…

More that hasn't made it to the ether pad yet:

• Split the repo into multiple repos
  • Maybe not such a high priority but this goes back to organizing things around how they are consumed. Skins, feet, ears, things we want to 'come in the box' should of course stay, but it seems easier to me to keep things divided according to how they are going to be used.
